I felt like I was finally familiar with what it would feel like to die from exhaustion. I didn’t expect that I would be asleep for three whole days.

Lee Ji-Hye was currently arranging her clothes while humming, and I was sure that she was in a good mood because she was moving to the rhythm of her hums. The way she pursed her red lips made her look sexy, and her gorgeous demeanor was tempting, too.

I couldn’t afford to do anything because there was a huge chance that I might have to start another life. Was this what it felt like to have a cursed body? I was still finding it difficult to move, even though I drank a few potions.

“All I did was sleep for three days?” I asked.

“Anyway, what’s wrong? Are you feeling sick? Should I call a priest?” asked Lee Ji-Hye.

”I just woke up, but I feel really exhausted. Maybe I was paralyzed rather than asleep? Are you sure that I’m not under a spell that constantly drains my energy?” I questioned.

“I think you’re just getting old. Anyway, you seem full of energy today. Or maybe I’m just that charming?” she said.

“…”

“We’re a good match. Don’t you agree?” she asked.

I kept on nodding at Lee Ji-Hye’s useless questions. I groped around the nightstand next to the bed, and I accidentally swept something away, causing it to fall to the floor.

‘What’s this?’

I couldn’t help but chuckle. I realized that I really had to be thankful that they had been consistently visiting me.

‘I feel like crying. They actually care a lot about me.’

I was sure that they thought I needed time for myself and time to rest because there was a gap between the visits. Based on the log, Jung Ha-Yan’s visits only lasted around ten minutes, which made me worry that she was suffering from premature ejaculation.

Cha Hee-Ra’s visits often lasted around an hour, and even though Elena’s visits weren’t that often she had the longest visits, which lasted around two hours every time.

In addition, the fact that she would visit me at the same time every time meant that she had stabilized. Lee Ji-Hye’s visits had become frequent as well, and the way she adjusted her schedule revealed her true personality.

I looked at Lee Ji-Hye quietly, and I saw her clearing her throat. I noticed that other people had visited me as well, but these four were my most frequent visitors. I did think about the possibility of them doing something strange to me, but…

‘I’m sure they didn’t do anything like that.’

They were crazy, but they wouldn’t possibly do something like that, considering that I was a sleeping patient. I couldn’t help but shake my head at the ridiculous idea.

After calming myself down, I started drinking another bottle of potion, which tasted and felt like the sweetest water out there for someone who had been looking for an oasis in the middle of a desert.

‘I didn’t choose to become an alchemist just to drink my own products. I’m supposed to sell them. I’m starting to regret it.’

“You’re drinking a lot of potion,” Lee Ji-Hye commented.

“It’s like a restorative drink. It’s like a tonic to me. I can really feel that I’ve gotten weaker while I was asleep,” I said.

“I think that you have really been working too much recently. Don’t you think it’s time for you to take a break? With how much work you have been doing, it would actually be strange if you hadn’t collapsed. Anyway, they said you’re doing fine,” she said.

“That’s a relief,” I commented.

“Still, you’re going to receive an order not to overdo it in the next few days. You’re an important figure. The continent was in chaos over the past few days because—wait, I think you already know about it,” she added.

“Are you talking about the disappearance of quests and dungeons? I was the first person to have heard of that,” I told her.

“What do you think?” she questioned.

“Of course, the continent was plunged into chaos. I’m sure you already know, but Demon Summoner Jin Cheong ratted out the other demon servants all over the continent…”

”The Adventurer Guild is currently preparing to set out on an expedition to find the demon dungeon scattered all over the continent. As for us, well, we have Rift Land,” she said.

“That’s—”

“We’re getting ready to open it, oppa,” she interrupted.

“What? It’s done and ready?” I asked.

“On the day you fainted, Miss Cha Hee-Ra visited me herself and told me that we have to work on Rift Land as soon as possible. I had an idea about how you wanted it done, so I started working on it. Anyway, you don’t have any complaints about that, right?”

”Miss Kim Mi-Young helped a lot as well. She’s very competent,” she added.

“She’s competent, and I cherish her as well. I think I should give her a raise,” I said.

“Please give her a raise and a reward. The Blue Guild provided thirty percent of the funds, while the Red Mercenary Guild provided sixty percent. The Black Swan Guild provided five percent, and Kasugano Yuno provided the other five percent…”

“The dwarves, Max, and the mages in Lindel helped by setting up a distribution network and building the minimum infrastructures necessary for everything to function. To be honest, it’s embarrassing to call it a commercial district with how bare it looks…”

“Anyway, I’m sure it’ll be better for you to see it yourself,” said Lee Ji-Hye.

“The Inxity Stone on Cha Hee-Ra and Jung Ha-Yan’s finger… I mean, that ring. I want one, too. It’s annoying that I’m the third one, but I think I’m qualified to have one, right? I won’t wear it around, so don’t worry about it,” she requested.

“Ah, yeah…”

I couldn’t really refuse her.

‘I don’t have a reason not to give her one.’

“Mmhm…” I stood up while nodding. I was actually surprised that my body was functioning properly and walking made me feel like I was getting healthier with every step. Upon walking outside, the people outside started greeting me.

They wore shocked faces as they gave me various items related to improving my health, but the one who stood out the most among the crowd was Elena. She kept hesitating from afar, and it was funny she looked like she was extremely guilty.

‘Why is she acting like that? What did she do?’

Elena lowered her head, and her ears turned red. It was a sight that was a bit distant from her usual demeanor. I wanted to talk to her about my current physical condition, but I was disappointed because she started running away.

I also noticed something strange.

‘Where are the others?’

“Where did all the Blue Guild members go?” I asked.

“Where do you think? Of course, they’re at the museum. I told you that we’re doing the final touches as we speak. Deok-Gu oppa woke up two days ago, and he joined us right away. I’m sure the Red Mercenary Guild members are there as well. They actually left this morning, so it’s a bit unfortunate,” she replied.

“Have you been promoting it?” I asked.

“Yes, we have been promoting Rift Land. There’s no way this is going to fail because it’s a substitute for the dungeons that disappeared, but you know that better than I do, so…” she trailed off.

We arrived at the restaurant, and we started talking once again while Lee Ji-Hye was munching on the appetizers.

“It’s just a blueprint, but I still want you to take a look…” Lee Ji-Hye requested.

I started eating as well, and I inspected the blueprint of Rift Land while eating.

‘It’s not bad…’

I should be able to trust the blueprint if this were the work of Kim Mi-Young and Lee Ji-Hye. I would have to see it myself if I wanted to see the details, but what they had done was basically what I had in mind.

I had no idea how the public would view Rift Land, but the blueprint deserved an applause from me.

‘It’s exactly like I imagined it to be…’

I felt stiff, but I wasn’t really busy. I thought I would be really busy upon arriving at Lindel, but the people around me were competent enough to carry me all the way until we were about to open Rift Land.

I started considering it as I drank another bottle of Fatigue Recovery Potion.
