Refund Policy

  1. Customer can submit for their 100% refund request only if there is technical problem from meownovel side. Such as, no VIP account provided.
  2. Customer only able to submit their refund no later than 7 days after purchase. After that the VIP account will be active permanently.
  3. If customer has received their VIP account, but there still ad leak that shown, please contact meownovel support team at contact@meownovel.com.
  4. If your VIP account mistakenly deleted, please contact the support team. Also please don’t forget to provide your purchase invoice and your proof of account ownership. We will try to recover your account or give you a new VIP account for free.
